Two scopes. One team.
The brief here combined an extension and a full interior refurbishment — a scope that often gets split between separate contractors. We treated it as a single project, which meant the extension was designed alongside the internal layout rather than as an afterthought.
We handled surveys, planning, structural changes and the full build throughout — interior and exterior — from start to finish.

The 1930s character of the property was preserved where it mattered, and renewed where it had worn. The extension adds space that reads as part of the original design rather than an afterthought.
