Because the team that designs is the same team that builds, the drawings produced for planning were also the drawings used on site. There's no gap between what was drawn and what gets built — which is where a lot of new build projects lose time and money.
The build sequenced correctly from foundation through to finish, with no restarts or structural revisions required after the slab went in.
