For new builds, the design and planning stage matters more than on almost any other project, because every later decision builds on it. We carry out site surveys, design the build, manage the planning submission and Building Control process, and then run construction with the same team — groundworks, brickwork, roofing and every trade after it.
The people who designed the building are accountable for how it's actually built.
