We survey the whole property first, so the plan accounts for everything that needs doing rather than addressing rooms in isolation. Where structural changes or listed building consent are involved, we handle the planning and Building Control side before any work starts.
Then one team runs the refurbishment — plastering, electrics, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms and finish — so the standard of work is consistent from the first room to the last.
